1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a 5j131 account, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other policies referenced herein (collectively, the "Legal Documents"). 3. Account Security & Verification

All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions and activities, whether or not actually authorized by you.

You may close your 5j131 account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds from your account. 5j131 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for accounts closed with a balance below the minimum withdrawal amount.

10.2 Involuntary Termination

5j131 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other players
• Prolonged inactivity (accounts inactive for 12+ months may be closed)

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease. You will not be entitled to any refund of fees or compensation for unused services or virtual goods.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and delete any 5j131 materials in your possession. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions) shall continue in full force and effect.
